Lucky you....honestly it was a nightmare! The buses were not able to get up roads, the trains all stopped and people had to walk miles to get home. All the mobile phone networks stopped working

I did a Torville and Dean on the way to work and the builders gave me a 9 point 5 and applauded as I slid gracefully past them

You must be north of the river then. We didn't get problems like that in the south!

It is not applicable during public holidays!

Besides, the run is on a Sunday, and it never applies on a Sunday

Are you sure you know London well enough to do this run?

If you are lost, you are on your own to make your way back to Russell Square you know!

My favourite part is Waterloo Bridge and the underpass (we'll be doing this twice at speed) just like The Italian Job

Sign up now - this is gonna be a blast

Great stuff!

I can't wait to see the chosen route. Is it a scenic one??
Oooh lots of questions

Poxy building work around St. Paul's and Knightsbridge, and the road block down Whitehall meant that three chunks need to be done another day

I don't get lost in West End, however, I was lost in the City, and had to rely on the nav to get us from St. Paul's the Tower Bridge, and it kept loosing fecking signal

So the 3 chunks that need to be done are:

Trafalgar Square
Knightsbridge
St. Paul's

It is definitely a "poser run" and sight-seeing tour of some of the landmarks of London

As Max said, we shall do Waterloo Bridge and the Strand underpass twice - great fun
