Well I have will be booking my hotel place too at the weekend (weather is due to be nice so might take a drive over there with my pennies) for me and the partner, asuming he does not back out of it at the last minute!

Not sure about food yet - Do you need the cash up front Lee - if you do I'll have to try and sort out how to get it to you

Checking out the list of those coming along - seems a little 'light' at the moment - is this usual (i.e. nearer the time more people will sign up)?

The money can be paid on the night, I have to pay a £50 deposit 1 month before. It will be easier to pay on the night but if anyone would rather pay sooner than I can handle that
