Prestons MINI weekend - featuring Russ Swift - 26th of June

Just heard that Prestons in Colne, is having a special MINI weekend, where they will have loads of staff on hand to answer questions about MINI, accessories, and general fun for all the family.

Its taking place on the 26th of June, and the Sales Manager said he would love to have people from MINI2 attend.

The great thing about it is that Russ Swift is going to be there performing Having seen Russ at work at huge shows like MITP last year, the motorshow, it would be great to get to see him on such a smaller scale as you really will be able to get up close and meet the man himself

Other things going on are HOG Roast, Sega Rally Simulator, Giant Scalextric, Prizes for best dressed MINI, face painting, and a Bouncy Castle. There are also competitions and Giveaways for those that attend

P.S. For those that have taken place in the Aero Side Skirts group buy, yes, Dale will be there working, so it would be a great chance to go meet the man and ask him where your side skirts are

would have loved to see this but i will be in belgium

it is well worth going to see we had one at astle grimsby with russ doing his stuff no safety barriers no nothing there was only about 50 people at the one we went to so you got a good chance to talk to russ after he had done his J turns and other stuff 3 feet from your legs

make the effort and travel the distance to see this one

and hassle dale about the aero skirts by the way did i say i have mine already

they had one of these a couple of years ago & it was a good afternoon. to see russ doing his stuff on a tiny forecourt full of bmw's & only separated from the crowd by a piece of rope was something. he even got it on 2 wheels in just the length of forecourt

we're away sat night but i'll come along for a couple of hours for the free bbq
