MINI2 Charity Ball, coming from the US?

If you would like to attend the Charity Ball and meet some of the nutters from the Internet, this thread is for planning the trip.

First, hotel reservations: Best bet is to fax your reservations to 011 44 162 5573323. Right now, a two night reservation is discounted to $180 per night, and it will go up when the block of rooms are gone! This is an unbelievable good deal on a golf resort hotel, so pack your clubs too!

You may also email Laura Kavanagh at shrigleyhallreservations@paramount-hotels.co.uk for reservations.

I'll be researching cheap airfares as time gets closer, it's been my experience that fares go on sale in early January. I think round trip should be less than $400 per person.

But I can't stress enough to get your hotel reservations in now! When the block of rooms are gone, there is no alternate hotel.

I sent my credit card info, and requested a room for two nights at the MINI2 Charity Ball rates. Also, sent my contact info.

Room was for two adults, double bed, nonsmoking.

Got an email confirmation back in less than a day.

I think it has to be faxed, but if you want to try doing email, I have the email adx of the reservations lady.
