I think you'll need 15mm spacers, here's the AP pattern for the brake calipers, http://www.apracing.com/drawings/p16119.pdf;) Graham ![]()

Thanks James Appreciate the quick and detailed response.Been doing some googleing on offsets and I think I now get the jist of it. Didn't think getting new wheels would be so complicated ![]() So if I understand correctly, going for the ET38 (less positive offset) the spokes are going to have better clearance for the BBK, although I will still need spacers in this case to provide enough of a gap. Would I be in any danger of having the wheels sticking too far out? My suspension is standard at the moment (R53 MINI Cooper S) but I'm having Eibach Pro Kit springs fitted next week to lower the car by 20mm. Just wondering if I should be concerned about how the wheels will sit in the arches and if handling might be affected with the change in offset + spacers? Also, would spacers be required on the rear wheels to balance things out at all? Thanks again, Chiu Last edited by Chiu; Jun 29th, 2008 at 11:16 PM. Reason: Spelling

it varies wheel to wheel, the guy i know with AP's runs et38 team dynamics with 5mm spacing and is lowered 30mm on coilovers, after that i cant comment as its the problem with so many different shapes ans sizes with wheels, as offset and rim width affect arch clearance and offset and spoke design affect caliper clearance, can be a real nightmare sometimes

any prices yet? what sort of price will you be able to get a new set of discs for when the old ones go? arnt they about £400?????? just to add my 2 pence but i had a price off TCE TCE Performance Products - Producing Winning Results since 1993 for a Willwood BBK 330mm, 4 pots # Wilwood FSL calipers w/stainless steel pistons # Steel mounting brackets # TCE billet aluminum rotor hats # 13.0" x .81" directional cast rotors # Gas slotted and zinc plated # BP-10 pads # TCE spec stainless steel hose # RED powder coat finish shipped to the uk for £811. seems wrong not to take advantage of the crappy dollar! TCE also do up to a 355mm dics too.

This Wilwood kit has another big advantage in that it will fit under most wheels without the need for a spacer! However, with a width of 0.81" it is smaller than a stock rotor. I wonder if having a rotor with a larger diameter and smaller width than stock would increase the chances of warping?
