Possible new owner of Mini One Convertible

Hi All,
I currently drive a Fiat Punto 1.2 Active (My first car) and recently discovered that mini are doing a deal where you can get a mini one convertible for 209.00 a month which I think is cheap as chips for a brilliant little car!
My questions are:

What is the auto box like with the Mini One 1.6 engine?
What colour should I go for so that it is not branded as a girly car (image is quite important to me as I am only 18!! I want something that woos the girls, not make them think I am one of them!)
What is the comfort like of the One edition?
What is the drive of the convertible like?
And finally, what options should I go for (It comes with Pepper pack (no idea what that is!) and TLC.) by the way i have a ipod and would also like bluetooth.

Sorry for all the questions but I thought it would be better to ask owners of the car rather than the dealership as they will try their hardest to sell me the car no matter what!

, i had to laugh at the "girlie car".

Every Girl I know tells me that I should have bought the Z4 BMW, and by now, they kinda convinced me. The Mini is always a girlie car, no matter what.
I am 27 btw
