First Time Mini.

Hi all, I thought that I would dip my toe in the water and post about our new mini!

I used to have company cars, but since leaving the corporate world, we decided that as a family, we could have one big car and one fun car. Until 3 weeks ago, the fun car was a SAAB 9-3 convertible. But this has not gone and we have a 2008 Mini Clubman Cooper Diesel, in Sparkling Silver with black roof, mirrors and pillars. It looks stunning!

This is our first ever mini, and we are completely smitten with it. Space is no problem at all in the clubman, on the weekend we managed three kids in the back, 2 small tents, 3 blow up beds and 5 sleeping bags with overnight bags!!

Anyway, I will post some more on other parts of the forum, but I wanted to say thank you for this fantastic forum as I used it a lot when choosing the Mini, so I hope to repay with some contributions.

Ops, sorry, I will post a picture. At the moment I am having difficulty in prising the Mini from my wife! As soon as I get the chance, I will take some pictures and upload them.
