DIY Hit and run

I have a 05 Black BMW mini cooper.
I'm wondering if because it is black it is invisible as some cowardly goon reversed into it and drove off.
I'm left with a small dent in the driver side of the bonnet, near the edge of the headlight, this has caused the plastic wheel arch trim to snap free nearer the drivers door, and it's made the head light unit squeeze out by about 8 mm.
So does anybody know how to adjust the actual headlight unit to make it fit flush again, and do those dent suction cups actually work to pull out dents?

Ive looked in the Haynes manual but it talks only of replacing the headlight bulbs
