Had a 53
MCS with a few tweaks since Nov. Been a bit cold and wet, and just found that the cat internals have collapsed causing a partial blockage but hope to have fun when it gets warmer and drier.
I have had a couple of fast cars before - Nissan 200sx from new that after 11 yrs had turned into a 350 bhp monster (wheel spins in 5th, 172mph top speed (hitting rev limiter in 5th)) which is now in the Austrian drift championship, a couple of MAX5 cars for track days, and most recently a S4 cab. Had a BL mini years ago (when I was playing rugby ... Funny with 4 rugby players in it!) Thought I'd try a warmish mini ... Sure I'll add a few bits, but hopefully not the daft spending that I slipped into with the Nissan! And I hope itll be enough fun , so I won't regret offloading the other cars!
Most annoying things so far - 3 different rear wipers, includIng from dealer, won't wipe whole of rear screen, rattly squeak coming from area of alternator (though dealer said was fine), and trim over windscreen has popped out in middle (10 cms) and dealer says can only be fixed by removing windscreen!
Things to do - better exhaust, brake upgrade & ecu tune, if I can find anyone in the North West!
