Yeah, it has H/K - you can see the wording on the speakers. Not sure it has heated seats though - the buttons are between the gear stick and handbrake, and I don't think I can see them (although I'm not 100% sure where they were on the R53 so I may be mistaken). I thought they were either side of the wing mirror controls? Either that, or next to the cig lighter between the cup holders and centre console cubbyhole?
Other options I can see are climate control, sat nav, centre armrest, and chrome interior. If you contact your dealer with the car reg, they should be able to run off an original spec for you - although that won't include individual option prices, you'll have to look those up online from discussion around the time the car was built.
The R56 JCW (211bhp, not 219bhp) didn't come along until 2008 - the car you're looking at is a Cooper S with the dealer fit JCW tuning package (190bhp-ish). You'll notice that it also has the standard S bumpers and skirts, rather than the factory JCW ones.
For the money, I'd rather have a very late R53 JCW than an early R56 Cooper S with the tuning kit. I always steer clear of very early examples of any model too, as at the outset they tend to suffer niggles. It has done some serious mileage too...
The newer car will be cheaper to run (fuel and tax), but in this instance - as someone who has gone from an R53 Cooper S JCW (tuning kit) to an R56 JCW (factory model - so, the opposite of your situation) - I would go for the R53.
