DIY R53 supercharger not boosting!!!!

Hi guys I need help with my mini cooper S works (R53), I noticed it lost power a few months back, I recently took it a garage for a service and some tests, the results I got back were: supercharger is not creating boost, it's causing problems with my plugs and coil pack causing it to stutter and just run like crap

I really would appreciate your help and advice please, I signed up today because I noticed how helpful to others everyone has been. Please reply

I haven't got the knowledge to solve your problem but try giving Paul or Thomas at 1320 Mini - Mini Parts - Mini Performance Parts a call, they know the R53 like the back of their hand

I think your local dealer should stock them, price is around £50 I believe.

Alternatively, if you are close to 1320 (St Neots, near Cambridge), they may well be able to get one cheaper than that & fit it for you too.

Good news

Hopefully you'll be back enjoying full power

You'll have to post up some pics of the car too.
