make sure it's not a lemon !!

Iain

ps have a good long test drive an check that everything is working ok and the car is nice and tight.

check that it has been serviced and well looked after.

one owner and low mileage would be good.

On the same theme i have been looking for a mini cooper s and found one at a main mini dealers ( cherished mini ) i believe they call it it looked great 07 low mileage but when it was fired up it sounded like a diesel engine for about 10 seconds the salesman said they all sound like that on startup iam sure if my trade in had sounded like that z3 2.8 he would have reduced his offer for mine considerably. I know their is a chain fault on the cooper s what year was it sorted out. thanks in advance ROD,
