Hey, new member..and at the ripe age of 21 im absolutely buzzing to pick up my new mini on monday !

i also have a question.

2008 mini cooper s with john works...(has 2 badges..1 on front grille and one jcw badge on rear) ... it also has it written on the exhaust...now its a 1.6 turbo and i need to know how much horsepower it has! when i test drove it...it absolutely FLEW!!!! i was so impressed that it felt faster than my 225bhp audi tt !

anyone have an idea ? will post picture up soon

happy lil chappy

cheers

Chris

The S with the JCW stage one tuning kit is more usually more expensive to insure than a factory Works as the kit is classed as a modification.
I only get away with it as my tuning kit was fitted from new and the insurance only class post delivery modifications as premium worthy.
Enjoy!
