2003 Mini missfire P0301

Having misfire P0301 code have changed plugs, wires, coil pack, and injector. Compression test all cylinders around 155 to 160. Misfires at low idle only if you keep the rpms up around 900 the misfire is not there. Shop has sugegsted maybe bad valves or rings. If the car starts to misfire at an idle and the light comes on in the dash I can put the car into nutural and restart and the light and misfire go away until the next time the idle drops below 900rpm again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks Rene

Use premium fuel and changed the injector. shop is suggesting the head but I am not sure on this as when it starts to miss if I just shut the car off and restart all is ok until the rpm drops below 900. I would think by shutting off car and restarting right away this would not change anything with the valves
