HELP!!! water marks on my leather seats

hello Due to the horrendous amount of rain recently water marks have appeared down the side of my leather drivers seat. I have caramel coloured seats so these marks are quite obvious - can anyone advise me of how to remove the waters marks and tips on keeping my seats lovely and clean and conditions - thank you

Is it water or sweaty backside syndrome??
They need a bit of leather soap/cream massaging into them to waterproof them.
