My Cooper S just isn't performing as I envisaged? There seems to be no low rev ooomf??? Is this common...?
Secondly I have been told a good way to resolve this would be to reduce the pulley size, maybe 17%?

b..is there a company near to Wales that could do this for me (not too expensively)
c..Would this cure/fix the low rev lack of power.
