...sounds like one of those phone in advice shows but it's a fact. A French pal is about to trade his mint lo mile 03 Denali PU straight up to a stealership for an 97 Cooper S ragtop(automatic) w/58k local miles, fair tires, decent but not minty shape, no paintwork, some headlight hazing, cracking top trim rubber and a couple spots in the top that need & will be stitched by the dealer-a typical FL car that didn't have a roof over it. Has a Milltek exhaust and JC Works intake(or at least an emblem on the intake.
His truck is near mint shape, 60k and books about like the mini. He wants mpg and doesn't need the truck any longer. Sound like a reasonable deal? NO sales tax as there's no $ exchanged(need to check into that). Sorry to 1st post with a buy saga but this is happeing in about 14 hours from now.
