Hiya, my name is Pete, obviously, from Boston, UK. I don't own a mini myself but have recently started working at a BMW/Mini dealership and although I'm getting stuck in whilst at work I find the hustle and bustle focuses me mainly on the general service aspects which is just nuts and bolts and thats pretty straightforward, and I'm missing out at the
mo on actual product knowledge, which I know will come with training etc, but anything I can pick up on my own can only be a benefit really,kinda like a head start. So yeah, that's me.
