Hello all, some advice please :)

Hello,

I am new to this forum, so please forgive me if I have posted in the wrong place... :-O

I am after some advice, if anyone could help, I don't know much about cars and I am worried of being ripped off (especially for the lack of knowledge and being female)

I am an owner of a Mini Cooper S 54 plate registered in 05, I really enjoy this car but have been having some issues in the past 10 mths I have had it.
Its recentley been serviced and MOT'd - passed with flying colours.

When I bought the car the garage put a new battery ,within a couple of months this went flat, I had the AA come out to help me and they advised me to get a new battery. I bought a new battery (from kwikfit under warranty for 3 yrs). The Car was running fine until I left the car for a week as I went on holiday, the battery went flat again, I was advised by the AA to get it replaced, I got this done at Kwikfit under warranty. Kwikfit explained that the battery may of been a dudd, as It could of been sat in their stock room.
Fast forward 7months to today, its been snowing, I havent driven my car since Wednesday and the car wont start. I have looked through the past service history and the car has been tested for drain before and none was found.
I am worried there is something majorly wrong that may end up costing lots of £'s. Can anyone advise?

Many thanks in advance
