Finally got myself a Mini :D

Hello all,

Thought I'd introduce myself. My name is Tom but most call me TO and I have finally got myself a new (used) Mini. Cannot wait to go and collect it next Saturday.

It's a 2008 Mini Cooper 1.6 Diesel. Looking forward to getting behind the wheel and slowly improving the look and feel of my new baby.

Any suggestions of simple first/beginner modification to get me going?

I also too have the same colour mini however mine is petrol 1.4 2007 mini one.
But still a very smart car. Did you mum or wife select the colour for you?

Honestly, I picked the colour. I liked the look, the spec and well the price

How much did you pay for your dooper then?

Dooper convertible, loads of extras and it was a shade under £17k - but worth every penny.
