Just introducing myself. I just got a promotion and a nice raise and decided to buy myself a really awesome car. Turning 30 in a couple months and figured it's about time I graduated into "dream car" territory. Found this '07 Mini Cooper S with most if not all
JCW options on CL near Chicago and jumped right on it. While I have no idea how the guy drove it, at least he kept it in immaculate condition.
I'm fairly used to internet forums (also own a '75 BMW R90/6 motorcycle and a '86 M1009 Ex-Military K5 Blazer which require constant upkeep that I can't afford to pay someone else to handle), so I know the drill in that respect. The Mini is my first though, and I'm really excited about it. By far the nicest car I've ever owned.

PS: I don't do a lot of cycling outside of the city, so I did not opt to purchase the roof rack from the seller of the car. So the car looks like that but without the roof rack.
