Hi all. Been here a few weeks now while looking for my cooper S an at last I have bought one. Been looking for I've 2 months but I think I have a great mini.

And just a quick question. Anyone ever checked the actual mpg against the computer mpg. Just wondering how accurate it is. I am still checking it but on trip home Friday done 200 miles and said I got just over 40mpg. Very happy with that.

Don't you just love it when you spend nearly 3 months looking for the ideal mini with no marks or scratches on to have it for only 5 days to come back to your car with a f*%#ing scratch on the rear quarter and light lense!!

Sorry to hear about the scratch though, unfortunately there are plenty of jealous/thoughtless people out there .

Good to see one of roland cars on the internet .Brought one from him in june (blue 2006) never looked back. gtt 220 ..
Had other mods since then and still adding, its addictive about 245 -250 and had other handling mods he ll look after you to ...

mpg around town 22-23 mpg !! On a run 35mpg .. If it not that accurate that makes me feel a little better..

Dont care though I brought it to drive it and I love it!!!!

I'm loving it to, very very much, and as soon as I get over buying my mini I will be spending money. I am hopping to bump up the bhp with some more mods.

Yes mate. All done buy a very good mobile scratch and dent guy I have used before on a previous car. Thanks for asking. Thankfully there was no dent.
Next job is just to get the windows tinted.

Update time. Now running some hairpins while I work out what colour to go on my S spokes and get some new tyres on them to get rid of the run flats of them.
A few other bits and pieces done as you can see from the pics, coilovers fitted by me over the last couple of days.

Ah right, Ive had quite a few drivers pull out on me without looking back, maybe they got their cars from the same bloke
