| My first MINI
Hello everyone. I'm a new member and a new MINI owner. I'm actually picking my ride up tomorrow and I couldn't be more excited.
Me? Well, I'm 43 and living in Philadelphia, PA USA. I'm saying goodbye to my 2000 Toyota Tacoma in favor of a car that fits my lifestyle a bit more now that I'm a full-time city dweller. For fun I race mountain bikes semi-professionally and for work I'm a software engineer specializing in front end (UI/UX) development.
My new mini has a bunch of cool upgrades (thanks to the previous owner). New wheels, upgraded tires. It's got the winter package, arm rest, and HID headlights. I plan to add black racing stripes and since I live in the city, I'll be looking for some extra protection for the bumpers. I don't want her getting all beat up from parking. |
