Just bought a new toy for the wifey, so this looked like a good place to sign up
It's a Cooper 1.6 Convertible on a 59 plate, with 22,000 miles. Ex-motability car with great service history and well looked after, it's basically as-new condition.
Seems I can't post URL's to Photobucket, so I'll try and put some pics on as attachments
So, err, hello, nice to join you all!
Couple of opening questions -
Do I have run flats?
Should I have a wind deflector, were they standard equipment?
Wind deflector was an option on our 2012 cooper S. we have one but never used it from new, that is about 10 months now. The wind deflector fits across the rear seats, is a faff and takes up room in the boot when not in use. It is supposed to stop air swirling into the cabin but to be honest the heated seats keep it warm enough.
