Potential.

Hi guys, thought I would introduce myself, do a bit of research.
I've not made my mind completely, but a mini is in the top 2. Always loved them.
I've got a WRX and a lotus at the moment. WRX is going soon but, hence potential for a mini or a diesel scirocco.

Being a petrol head, I'd be inclined to go for the JCW. I know very little at present about running costs, reliability, so need to get reading. I hear good things about the cooper SD?

Welcome. I used to have a sti ppp scooby with I with over 400 bhp, now have a cooper S. both great cars, sometimes I miss the scooby but this cooper S I have is by no means standard. And the 0 turbo lag and supercharger whine is very very addictive.

Yeh the scoobs are good fun, but too thirsty at the best of times!

I am looking forward to getting my butt into a Mini. Had a pax lap in my mates once.
