New Zealand 2002 MINI One from NZ

Hi guys iv been a member fir a while but only got round to saying hi now sorry.
Hi

Questions for the gurus please...

Wife has a 2002 mini one and a few things I want to change on it, it's a base model afaik

Firstly the SEATS. Very uncomfortable on hour long trips or more so they HAVETO go what are my options and prices guys?

Headlamps?? Thinking I want to go HID and looking at upgrading to aftermarket projector lights and I'll rebuild with morimoto projectors and hid kits.

Can I convert or fit a glovebox to our mini if it don't have 1 factory?

Centre arm rest console are they a simple bolt on or mod needed?

And lastly the windscreen and car keeps misting up if the ac is not on wich means we need to keep using ac. Is this a common issue or is there something I'm missing ..

Thank you so much in advance regarding these questions.

Hi and welcome to Mini2!

In the UK the easiest option with basic One seats is to fit a pair of Cooper or S factory sports seats which can be picked up used on ebay when others upgrade to aftermarket seats like JCW Recaros, etc.

Misting up might be caused by damp retained under the carpets if there has ever been a leak into the car. Also is heater 'recirculation' mode switched off as this prevents fresh outside air entering the vents.

Thank you bud
Are the cooper or S Sports seats more comfy then the one?
Or the same seat?

I'll pull carpet up and look
And if it's on recirc or not it still fogs up.
