Australia Groan in clutch when pulling away in 1st

I have a groan in my clutch when pulling away in first gear - need to take it in and have someone have a look at it.

Any ideas what it is (seems common when googling it) ?

For those in Sydney Australia - any suggestions of honest place to take it for repairs, and how much I can expect to pay.

Its a 2009 Cooper S Camden - 40K Kilometers

I am not sure if its the same on the later models but the R50/R53 models are known for it they call it the chewbacca groan & its nothing to worry about (apart from the noise) but hopefully someone with knowledge on your model will confirm its the same thing
