Unhappy Mini one roof problem

Hi I am a newbie in desperate need of help. I have purchased a 2006 mini one the roof retracted fine but now suddenly only the sunroof will retract. Tonight in the dark my and the hubby have tried taking parcel shelf out and replacing. Pressed sensor button in the left but nothing. Fuses ok. No red light flashing. Really disheartened with my new purchase and would be so grateful if anyone can help me. Thank you

Hi ya

No problem just waiting for a fast jet to return

have attached some pics for you fuses and relays

i know you most probably have done this but just incase
both the roof locking handles in the boot are locked in the boot and the parcel shelf is in properly seated and the boot is closed and the engine is running all doors closed foot on brake

raise and lower your windows front and rear and try again

failing that in your hand book i think there is a process for putting the roof up with out the motors i think its a pain but may help

hope this help

Hi Marque thank you for the pics, we are going to have a look properly at all you have mentioned and are going to halfords to see if we can get a manual too. Seriously thank you we appreciate the help as really can't afford to take into the dealer.
