My name is Johnny, bought my wife an 03 base model Mini Cooper for my wife a few months ago and after being rear ended a couple of weeks ago, decided that I would begin a few upgrades in conjunction with the body work that State Farm Insurance is taking care of. I'm having a hitch put on so that we can pull a small motorcycle trailer behind us to increase trunk space a little, so we don't have to drive the mini-van or my truck everywhere. I also picked up a set of 17" Enkei wheels this morning that I mainly did for looks, but am sure will be a plus up from the 15" stock wheels. I found out last night that minis use lug bolts instead of lug nuts, so I'm in the process of trying to figure out exactly what size lug bolts and hub centric rings I need to get rolling. I'm hoping that I can pick up a few tips and not look too stupid as the mini is different than anything I've ever turned wrenches on before.
