New to mini

Hello, I'm new here trying to solve a horrible problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated. First off we recently purchased a 03 Mini Cooper. 97,000 miles, 5 speed manual. Drove home with it from around 80 miles away and parked it. Next morning I tried to teach my wife to drive it. That's where the story goes south. On her second attempt to master the clutch the passenger side cv axle broke at the inner joint. So I ordered a reman and installed a few days later only to have it fail in first 10 miles. So I ordered a new( not oem)one and installed it yesterday only to have it fail in less than 5 miles. I've checked tie rod ends and ball joints, bushings, motor mounts etc. I'm at my wits end. Always gives at inner joint. Almost seems too short. Part number matches the one that originally broke. BM 8012. Please help. And I apologize if I did this post wrong. Thanks.
