Looking to be a new MINI S owner soon

What's going on everyone. Been looking around for a Mini Cooper S preferably a 2006 and up. I recently sold my 98 Volkswagen Jetta and need something newer and more reliable to get me to work, school, etc. I've found a few with around 70-80k miles and within my price range. Is there any thing I should be concerned about with buying a used MINI or any common issues with MiNiS with this many miles? I was also told these come with a more reliable timing chain as well so I don't have to worry about changing a belt. Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

2006 MCS will be supercharged and 2007 and up will be turbocharged ... different in character and drive.

N14 engine in 2007 - 2010 MCS models had lots of problems.
