new to the forum and have a lot of questions just bought two Mini Cooper S

a lot of questions is wondering if somebody can help me with a lot of the questions I have first of all is there a way to make a Mini Cooper faster without doing a custom tune to it

If you dont tune it to get more power then you need to shed weight, either in the car or its occupants.

As above, put it on a diet if comfort isn't an issue. If it is then you're looking at engine mods (reduced pulley etc) which in turn will require a re-map of the ECU to get the best out of it.
