Silver Black Newbie with a question on run flats

I've read some previous threads about changing run flats to regular tyres. I've got a Mini Cooper with two front run flat tyres about to die....a number of members have raved about the improvements to the way the car drives after removing the run flats, but can I use regular tyres on the front wheels, and keep run flats on the rear? Read a post on National Tyres website and they don't advise combining normal and run flats. Can anyone advise?

Thanks in advance

Not really advisable plus a lot of tyre places won't fit them just to one end of the car. When I changed mine one place I went to refused to fit all four none run flats because he said it was designed to have run flats fitted !! I went elsewhere & they changed all four but did mention he wouldn't change just 2 of them

I have run with 2 of each type for a short while when swapping over to normal tyres but it is not recommended and it would be best to not drive to the limits while doing so.
