Hi. This is my Mini. I have had it since 10/2014 and have loved it. Half leather air con and was BMW Group car originally. 126k miles and MOT Sept, service due in 3k. But what's it worth? I have had some daft offers (it is on Gumtree) and I think £2500 is about right? Some chips and wear on driver seat bolster are the detractors, but it has some miles...she is aging gracefully. Is my price too optimistic? Car is in Cheltenham. K
if i was to put a price on that mini with its mileage i would say 1600-2k the reason for this is for 2.5k you could pick up a decent 02 03 or even an 04 cooper s.
If its mechanically sound then your underselling it as its worth more than £2500! The biggest problem these days is people want something for nothing. If your not in a hurry to sell it then hang on to it until it sells. Personally I'd have it listed for £3495 and settle on £3250 or £3000 at a push
Get it polished right up and have it shining like a new pin. Give it a service yourself. Make it more attractive for buyers!
You will be pleased to know that I've been cleaning \ polishing while waiting for enquiries as the condition is good for its miles & years. Time to be patient.... K
But I cannot advertise it here...I need to post more before that option is available? Still no serious offer and advertised at £2400 now. It's a good car...so it must be the price that's wrong.
Still for sale. Now getting interest at £2k and it will clearly sell for less. The £1.6 £2k estimate on this thread is more realistic than the other prices. No viewers yet....it was on eBay for 10 days and I reduced the price steadily and nothing till £2k, then some messages. So don't overpay.... Back on Gumtree offer of £1650 on 1st day (rejected). Kevin
