What is the best product for cleaning the old style 18" JCWs?

Elbow Grease Regular cleaning, occassional good quality wheel cleaner Plus take them off occasionally and wax them

mmmmmmmmm they do look nice in white - must admit I'm not really a white wheel person, but these could easily sway me
