| Mini Architect | Hi All; Yesterday While I was driving, suddenly i saw a hole on the road, and I passed on it. I hit the run flat. When I stopped the car and looked at the tire, I saw a baloon on tire, about 3cm diameter near the edge of tire. Is it a big problem? Do I have to change that tire. The repairman told me you have to change it. But I do not trust him. He told me you can use it in the city, but high speed, this is very risky!! Do you have a problems like me? I need your advices! Thanks.. Sinan ![]() ![]() |

Offline | In the UK that would be an MOT failure that would stop the car being legally run on the road...if a policeman saw that even on a car that didnt need an MOT he would issue a "fix it"....that aside, it looks pretty dangerous to me and I agree that the structural integrity of that tyre has been comprimised...get it changed ![]() |
