Well I purchased a Dunlop run flat from my local Humphries garage recently which I have been told are slightly better than the Pirelli's and it set me back £135. You shouldn't expect to pay much less than this from a dealer or garage but your best bet may be to find a spare wheel or tyre being sold on eBay...

Kwikfit is v. expensive! I just had one run flat tyre (Pirelli Euphoria 17") replaced due to a stone (!) puncture at Bracknell Tyre and Battery for 112 pounds incl. VAT. They are by far the cheapest in the area.
