want to put new wheels on my cooper. Ride on 17 inch with run flat and sporty damping.

I've got some questions about the new wheels.

I would like them as big as possible, 19 would be cool. But do i get a more stiff ride when i replace my 17 inch run flat(stiffer tyre) for a 19 inch normal tyre(softer not?)

But when a have a normal tyre, what should i do when i have got a puncture?

And now the wheel thing. I have got a red car with black roof, mirror grill stripes. You get my point, red car with bad ass black. So my wheels should be dark. antraciet or black. I don't like the works black wheels however, to boring.
I like wheels that look like the AEZ XYLO. narrow spokes.

But how wide should I go?
And I also red something about an ET, how far the wheel goos in or out, am i right?
And about the price, complete about 2000 euros
