Rotor/pad replacement suggestions

I was wondering if people here would have suggestions on rotor/pad replacements. We have a 2005 Cooper S that we use for autox once a month and take it to track days every once in a while. We've totally gone through the original brakes (pads and rotors). BMW replaced the rear ones for us, but won't do the fronts. We don't want to spend a lot of money, but something that will last through a track day would be good. We have also changed the tires out to Goodyear Eagle F-1s.
