 Very High Tyre Wear on JCW Rims

These threads will be familiar to most in relation to mine and others previous tyre wear problems with the 18" JCW rims and run-flat tyres:

18" JCW Run Flat Tyres 5000miles or less!
Very High JCW (Dunlop SP Sport 01) tyre wear!
Anyone with JCW 18"s

Just been sent the following link from a very helpful source (who shall remain nameless unless he chooses not to):

Not amused!

I take it no such release was ever seen for the Mini/JCW 18's problems ?... seems a bit tight of them especially with the amount of people who have issues with 6,000 miles life out of a set....

Just a thought but with people seemingly in need of run flat replacements i have a set of Michelin run flats on there way to me if anyone would be interested? Got a set of wheels imported from the states and run flats were thrown in, they have covered around 500 miles and are faultless, should be with me within the next couple of weeks. If anyone is interested drop me a pm.

Thought it might help somebody avoid the crazy prices for a new set
