Offline | Has anyone else installed 17x7 offset 37 rims, with 215/40 rubber, AND lowered the car? Thanks, Scott. |

Offline | PIC 3 Current gap between wheel and fender from side. NOTE: the stock 17's had less than a pinky width between the inside of the tire and the shock tower. In fact the damper itself has been 'dented' by the factory to make more room..!!!! now I can fit a finger betwen. |

Offline | Looking at either Brembo or Tarox... I am looking for a Big Brake kit now... but coil-overs and the stero will be first. The brakes actually do not look too small in person. At least not like some honda's and vw's I have seen running 17's... the brakes on some of those cars look like toys. Best regards, Scott |

Offline | Re: PIC: Cooper S DS/W with OZ Superleggera 17's, have a question. Can someone photoshop this car to make it EB??? I am desperate to see it in EB with those wheels. I am wondering if it would work with EB. |

Offline | No, but I am sure you could, they are both 17x7 wheels. I am not keen on the replacement costs on the runflats. So I switched to Bridgestone S-03's and went a little wider, 215. I will state again that 37 offset rims are too wide... 42 should really be as wide as you want to go. Scott |

Offline | Will start at 1 inch. I think that with the current package that may be the most I can go. I think MiniMania makes fender flares that I might look at, go stock front bumper to flared fenders to Aero Kit side skirts. Don't know if it will work, but I would paint it all body colour if I did it. I think with stock tires the 37 may even be fine, just not 215. Remember the stock s-lites are 47 offset. So 40 should be fine. Scott. |

Offline | Ok, guys, I just ordered the OZ Superleggeras in 18X7. The offset is et42. Anyone know if I can get a 225/35 tire on them without rubbing? Or should I just stick with 215/35 tires? I'll also be lowering the car with H&R coil-overs. Thanks. |
