| as mad as a box of frogs | Have not seen that particular tread pattern they look like my dunlop runflats though, i have used Falkens on most of my cars with out any problems my previous mini was a 1380 full race classic which used falkens. my impreza which i still have is shod with Falkens. they give a good level of grip in wet weather have not lost the Subaru yet (touch wood i never will) and if i can locate a space saver i will use them on my Cooper as well cooperblack |

| MINI2 Master BLASTER!!!!! | Reviving this thread Sooo whats the news about them? I'm really after a good set of tyres that aren't overly expensive. I'm looking to get them in the size you have. I've just come across these tyres, as its time to replace my tyres. I was on the 1010tires site and the tyres got a 4.7 overall average out of 386 reviews, you can see info herehttp://www.1010tires.com/tire.asp?ti...model=FK%2D452. Looks promising! Hope fully here from you soon ![]() |

Offline | Just ordered some of these to go on my new Pro Race 1.2 17" rims (215/40/r17) Will post how it goes compared to the 451s and the bog 512s Falkens I once ran on my Cooper...Also compare to the Toyo TR1s I have been running. |

Offline | Well in the UK its what they are like in the wet that counts mate lol I have used Falkens and always found them prety good in most forms..they wear better than the toyos and yokos (but as you say they are not as sticky as those in the dry) |
