16" 205 Tire inflation

My mini came with stock 15" and swapped for some 205 16's. What's Mini's rec on Tire Pressure...for stock 16's with the 195's. Should I use that or boost pound or two having 205's? 15's call for 30 lbs...which is comfy..but seems low for my 16's.

Try 32 PSI all round, see how it goes, regards Damian.

MINIs standard pressure is 2.1 bar or 31psi.

If in doubt email the manufacturer of your tyre with all size info, vehicle details, plus prevailing use type (light/heavy loads, high/low speeds) and they should provide you with their recommended running pressure.

I'm running 34 PSI on my 205/50R16W Fuzion ZRi tires that I just had put on a week ago and that seems pretty good. Good grip and still a decent ride comfort factor.

Thanks Gentlemen....what I needed. My Cooper has no options..other than sport seats/heated...so she's specced out light...also just added some OZ Ultreleggeras (Sp?) so will start at 31 and go from there...max two people in car. Want smooth over performance.
