| It's debateable. Depends on the dealer really. Would be hard to prove that paint could affect the brakes in anyway unless paint gets on the pistons, or seals. Can't say I've read of anyone with brake problems related to this so I think you would be fine. ![]() It was acceptable in the 80's |

| I asked my dealer about it. Mini Mexico says that since the whole brakes need to be dismounted, it does void the warranty, asked if they could do it but they said they don't have that kind of paint (heat resistant), so my suggestion is: ask your dealer about it and if it voids the warranty, in my opinion it's not worth it, just wait 2 years and then do it... How wide is the hall-way, Napster? |
