constantly lossing pressure on all 4 wheels!!!!!

What is causing my tyres constantly lossing pressure?? Is it caused by wrong Load Rating on the tyres?? I am running 205/40/17. but Load/Speed rating is 80W which is abit low when compare it to the 84W recommanded by Mini..... advice pls./....

I have noticed loss of pressure on my wheels but it was due to the valves. I noticed after washing the car, a hissing from the wheels, but by waggling the valve it altered the hissing sound so the valve needed changing. Just had two new tyres fitted to the rears with new valves and they haven't suffered any pressure loss so far, just got to wait until i wear out the front run flats so i can get new valves in these too.

i am also losing pressure on all 4 wheels had them refurbed and cleaned up but still seem to be losing a couple of bar a day, anyone no why this happens i read something about re beed the wheels?
