Offline | New Tyres I've just got back from having my new wheels/tyres fitted, and I've noticed something strange on my tyres. They're Goodyear Eagle F1s (215/35/18), and on 2 of the tyres, there's a sort of strip of very flimsy rubber stuck onto the tyre going across it...you can sort of tear it off, but with a lot of effort. The other two tyres have a few odd bits of this stuff attached to them, but not the full width as the other 2 do. No other tyres I've had have had this on them?! Hopefully someone can shed some light on it for me! Mark ![]() |
