Anyone using 215/50-16 Tires as Replacements? - MINI Cooper Forum

Hey everyone:

I haven't found many people using this tire size as a replacement. I have a 2003 MINI with the 16" basic wheels. Some people have had some rubbing issues and some haven't I but can't get a definitive answer as it seems each tire manufacturer is different.

Any opinions on this size and the specific tire manufacturer they have used.

There are far more tire choices available in 205/50-16

thanks. I checked that out. i am thinking of going with the BFGoodrich Traction T/A V 215/50/-16..

Just curious of users using this size TiRE at this point.
