Question Best looking run flat??

This probably sounds really silly.....but what is the best looking run flat? personally i like the look of a directional tread pattern on a tire, something like the toyo proxies.

I now you mostly go to say ditch the runflats buy my better half is learning to drive in my mini, so i would rather keep them for the safety aspect. at least until she passes and gets her own car....

So is there a directional run flat in 195/55/R16?? i cant find one....

thanks for any help guys,

Neil
