Arrow New Brakes

Just had the GTT brakes fitted -

341mm x 32mm - grooved and vented rotor
Alumunium bell
993 twin turbo 12" calipers
Ceramic pads

They work a dream !!!

OMG - you are certainly splashing the cash! - nice one mate.

Initial impressions? - difficult I know as they haven't even bedded in yet - but any improvement over ther AP set up?

not my money to spend but are porshe ceramic discs available too?
or is it a case of the rubber failing 1st if you have too much stopping power? can you have too much?

The porsche ceramic brakes are yellow I believe, well they are on the new Turbo. But they squeek like f**k!!! Well I think all ceramic brakes do to a certain extent at low speeds.

I have Ceramic Pads, they are red.

On the Turbo if you go with Ceramic Composite brake kit then the actual rotor is carbon/ceramic, the Yellow calipers are alloy and the pads i suppose are ceramic.

It also costs around £7000 as opposed to £2000
