Offline | Finally completed my threesome ![]() I've had the GTT top strutbrace for a while now and had been patiently waiting for Roland to sort out the lower 2 he had in the pipeline. I received these a couple of weeks ago (along with my top brace again, now powder coated in black) but haven't had a chance to fit them until today.....yes it finally stopped raining ![]() I popped The Weasel onto some small wooden ramps, just enough to be able to reach the bolts underneath. Fitting was very straight forward for both lower ones, done one at a time. Bolts out, brace in place, loctite on the bolts, bolts back in and torqued up, job done ![]() The quality of these is, as usual with all GTT goods, excellent. I'm also loving the powder coated finish of the upper brace. It looks far better than the original patina pearl finish Owing to the roads still being very damp I haven't been out throwing the car round any corners so I can't say what difference adding the second lower brace and changing the front one makes (I had the OMP lower brace previously). Thank you Roland for these and apologies for not saying thanks earlier, didn't think it would take me this long to get them fitted ![]() Piccy time ![]() ![]() |

Offline | Nice. I added the 2nd, flat, bar a few weeks ago. I was happy that it improved on my OMP bar. With the exchange rate so friggin bad Roland's Strut Bar is just too expensive. BUmmer Not sure it'd clear my HDI intake anyway. Have fun |
